International cooperation

Our team has signed Memorandums of Understanding in Information Security with Indian (CERT-In), Russian (RU-CERT), Uzbek (UZ-CERT), Armenian (CERT.AM), Latvian (CERT.LV), Azerbaijan (CERT.GOV.AZ), Australia (CERT AUSTRALIA) and Operative Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belorussia and research company specialized in Internet security "Team Cymru Community Services" (USA), The National Computer network Emergency Response technical Team Coordination Center of China (CNCERT/CC), Korea Internet and Security Agency (KISA), International group Kaspersky Lab (Russian Federation), CyberSecurity Malaysia, JSC "Positive Technologies" (Russian Federation) and company "Check Point Software Technologies Ltd." (Israel).

In 2012 KZ-CERT and CERT-RO signed a protocol of cooperation.

Computer Emergency Response Team KZ-CERT and one of the leading international companies in preventing and investigating high-tech crimes and online fraud Group-IB (Russian Federation) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of information security. Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties agreed to promptly and effectively respond to computer incidents, jointly conduct computer studies, and assist in the training and advanced training of information security specialists.

We plan to widen our cooperation with CSIRTs from other countries to exchange information about incidents. Cooperation in these areas will facilitate cyber-security and, in particular, will help counteract computer attacks which are perpetrated with terrorist and e xtremist intentions.

In 2012 KZ-CERT о the International organization FIRST - Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams which unites similar organizations around the world.

KZ-CERT listed national response teams Coordination Center (CERT.ORG).

In May 2012 KZ-CERT entered into the Trusted Introducer for Security and Incident Response Teams (TI, state - enlisted) under the sponsorship of Estonian and Russian Teams (CERT-EE and RU-CERT) on the right of National Computer Emergency Response Teams.

In June 2012 Kazakh Team became the member of APWG (Anti-Phishing Working Group).

In January 2015 KZ-CERT enters to the Organization of Islamic Countries – Computer Emergency Response Team (OIC-CERT) as a national response team.
